The Precitec fiber laser cutting head offers various benefits over conventional processes, creating flexibility, productivity and reduced material consumption. The last link in the chain of a laser cutting machine, the processing optics, is especially important.
Precitec has the right cutting head and matching integrated sensor system for every application. Be that for cutting out 2D components from flat sheet metal or holes and breakouts from 3D components, or processing tubes, profiles or beveling cuts, these optics are employed in the most diverse industrial sectors all over world.
Optional Power Supply
The All-In-Light fiber laser is a cost-effective and reliable optical solution for many visitors. With up to 4 kW output power and sophisticated cutting head technology, it enables nitrogen cutting of stainless steel or aluminum with a thickness of more than 20 mm and flame cutting of mild steel with up to 25 mm.
Cypcut Controller Software
Cypcut is a high-performance open loop laser control system developed in China. It is widely used in the field of metal and non-metal laser cutting. Because of its outstanding performance
in the field of medium power fiber laser cutting, it is favored by a large number of fiber laser users.
German Neugart’s Precision Planetary Gearbox is the ideal combination of precision planetary gearbox and efficient bearing technology. It has been developed specifically for delivering the maximum performance at high speeds. It’s helical teeth provide homogeneous synchrony and quiet running noise.
High Precision Rack
Atlanta’s high-precision racks are precision manufactured in a controlled environment.
Four levels of precision are now available. This allows flexibility of choosing the desired level of rack precision to meet the application needs.
The high precision pitch of the racks can eliminate the need for electronic compensation and the high precision parallelism allows for drives with extremely low backlash without the need for pre-loading.
Linear Guide Rail
The HG series linear guide-ways are designed with load capacity and rigidity higher than other similar products with circular-arc groove and structure optimization. It features equal load ratings in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions, and self-aligning to absorb installation-error. Thus, the HG series linear guide-ways can achieve a long life with high speed, high accuracy and smooth linear motion.

This Japanese motor offers 1000:1 constant torque (TENV), 20:1 constant torque (TEFC) in a totally enclosed design. This three phase motor is designed for direct replacement of PMDC or any other variable speed applications where up to 1000:1 constant torque speed range is required.
