Manufactured with areospace standards and formed by 4300 ton press extrusion molding. After aging treatment, its strength can reach 6061 T6 which is the strongest strength possible. To prevent cutting line deformation caused by Y-Axis screw bending, the Y-Axis on both sides have been equipped with two guiderails and double ball drive screw design to ensure straightness and arc degree during high-speed cutting.

Collimator lens and focus lens both have a water-cooling heat sink feature that reduces the temperatures of the cutting head to improve lifespan.
Drive and Accuracy
Our SL1390 fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with a Japanese Panasonic servo motor, imported TBI dual driver grinding ball screw for Y-Axis & X-Axis, and a Hiwin guide rail. The positioning accuracy of the machine tool can be .008mm and the cutting acceleration is 0.5G. This machine lasts up to more than 10 years.
