Laser Cutting Head

The Raytools Autofocus Laser Head is designed with a cone shaped head to allow the laser to cut deep within the center of the tube. This allows for seamless profile cutting at an angle. The cutting head includes auto focus to improve piercing and cutting efficiency, reducing the need for manual human intervention. 

The Raytools’ laser heads included with our products are equipped with internal servo motor drive units, allowing the focusing lens to automatically shift position for greater efficiency. The water-cooled design regulates the laser head temperature extending it’s life and reliability over a longer duration.

High Precision Rack

Atlanta’s high-precision racks are precision manufactured in a controlled environment.

Four levels of precision are now available. This allows flexibility of choosing the desired level of rack precision to meet the application needs. The high precision pitch of the racks can eliminate the need for electronic compensation and the high precision parallelism allows for drives with extremely low backlash without the need for pre-loading. 




German Neugart’s Precision Planetary Gearbox is the ideal combination of precision planetary gearbox and efficient bearing technology. It has been developed specifically for delivering the maximum performance at high speeds. It’s helical teeth provide homogeneous synchrony and quiet running noise.




1/8 – 10 HP; 1800 RPM

This Japanese motor offers 1000:1 constant torque (TENV), 20:1 constant torque (TEFC) in a totally enclosed design. This three phase motor is designed for direct replacement of PMDC or any other variable speed applications where up to 1000:1 constant torque speed range is required. 



Linear Guide Rail

The HG series linear guide-ways are designed with load capacity and rigidity higher than other similar products with circular-arc groove and structure optimization. It features equal load ratings in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions, and self-aligning to absorb installation-error. Thus, the HG series linear guide-ways can achieve a long life with high speed, high accuracy and smooth linear motion.

Cypnest Sheet Nesting Software utilizes smart toolpath strategy to minimize travel length; smooth operation style for toolpath adjusting; multiple common line options to meet your production needs. It’s powerful algorithm allows for high efficiency and production rate with no limit to the sheet and part quantity you can nest. 



Profile Cutting Software

Lantek’s advanced profile cutting software automatically nests various pipes at the same time for faster and more efficient cutting with less manual loading. It not only supports standard and 4-axis processing modules, it can also be used with to make 5-axis cuts. 

This software supports the cutting of various pipe sizes and materials and utilizes a FLEX3D professional pipe CAD module. Easily cut unique parts using advanced built in features such as three-cut oblique angled edge-sharing nesting, automatic island edge-sharing, and segment processing. 




HYPCUT controllers allow for a seamless integration between the laser head and controller, which are in constant communication with each other. Whether you’re cutting metal signs or large aerospace parts, the HYPCUT controller is able to adapt completely to the needs of your application. This EtherCAT bus system supports customization, automation, and information solutions.
